The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, July 12, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will corner Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Soaps Spoilers reports that Chelsea begs Sally to stick by Adam's side, "no matter what."
After Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) names Sally the lead designer of a line dedicated to the younger and hip generation, Spectra asks Chelsea to stay and chat with her for a few minutes. She wants to discuss Adam.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sally thanks Chelsea for being there for Adam, admitting that she fears losing him over Connor Newman's (Judah MacKey) mental health journey. Chelsea reassures Sally that Adam loves her. But still, Sally is thankful Chelsea is there for Adam.
The more Sally talks, the more upset Chelsea becomes. She nearly tears up, excusing herself as she bolts out of Society. Sally looks confused as she cannot understand why Chelsea becomes so upset. Little does Sally know, Chelsea is suffering from a severe case of guilt.
At Adam's condo, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) shows up. He wants to talk to Adam about Newman Media. Adam questions what company Victor wants to target. After prying his dad for information, he finally admits he wants to target Jabot.
Adam admits to feeling conflicted about it. He cares about Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and doesn't want to upset him. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor believes Adam can go for Jabot, despite his friendship with Jack.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) takes a break from work to spend time with Nate Hastings, Jr (Sean Dominic). Nate gives Audra advice about caffeine usage and learning to take a step back when necessary.
It doesn't take them long before Audra invites Nate to her suite and they hit the sheets. Before they undress, Audra informs Nate that their relationship must be casual as her only focus is work and getting Glissade off to a good start.
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of July 15 say that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will learn why Victor wants Adam to run Newman Media. Nikki unravels when she learns of his plans for Jack.
