Young and the Restless Spoilers: Summer's Sneaky Plan-- Stages A Fake Kidnapping To Win Custody

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will come up with a sneaky plan to win custody of Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell). She Knows Soaps reports that Summer tells her mother she will have to find a "loophole" to win custody over Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

Summer was not on board with Kyle's decision to hire Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) as their son's nanny. Even so, she's learned to play nice because Harrison adores Claire. In Summer's mind, if Harrison is happy, she can deal with the situation.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Summer decided to contact her lawyer for primary custody after learning Kyle is working with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). The icing on the cake was when Kyle revealed he would be going to Paris with Harrison, Claire, and Audra. Summer drew the line; she didn't want Audra near her child.

Summer cries to her mother about the situation after her lawyer discovers Kyle is free to take Kyle to Paris. There is nothing Summer can do to stop him. That's when Phyllis tells her daughter she needs to do something to get an edge in the custody dispute.

Phyllis suggests following Kyle to Paris and staging a fake kidnapping. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Phyllis believes this would give Summer the edge in court, as they could prove Kyle and the nanny, Claire, cannot protect the young boy.

Summer, in a moment of desperation, embraces the idea. She sees how this could make her look like the better parent and trump Kyle's biological parent card.

The plan is they will go to Paris, locate Kyle and Harrison, and hide the youngster. Claire will panic, thinking she lost Harrison. Phyllis thinks this could prompt Kyle to fire Claire and give Summer the advantage in court.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is the wrinkle in the fake kidnapping plan. If he gets wind of the scheme, he will jump into hero mode to stop his daughter from making a big mistake. He knows that if Kyle suspects Summer's involvement in any fake kidnapping scheme, she could lose all rights to see Harrison.
