A Salem County man has been indicted for a second time in connection with a fatal head-on collision last year. Vaughn M. Chase, 31, of Pedricktown, was driving a pickup truck on North Golfwood Avenue in Carneys Point on the evening of Feb. 26, 2023, when he collided head-on with a pickup driven by 19-year-old Quintin Weigle, of Carneys Point, according to police.
