Food at Knoebel's is Second to None

With so many rides and attractions that are truely one of a kind, like the flying turns coaster that is the only attraction of its kind in the United States, food might get overlooked. Mama's homemade authentic pierogies that are sauteed in butter and onions cost $6.76 for 5, are a fan favorite at the park. Not to be confused with Mrs. T's pierogies that are served in the middle of the park by the haunted manion.

Some sweet snacks in between the action should include Liege Waffles, which are authentic pearl sugar waffles that are available with toppings for only $5. Not suprised, the most popular topping is nutella. Apple Chips are another solid choice as they slice up fresh apples and add caramel with whipped cream. Of course there is Ice Cream options as well that provide home-made flavors from a local farm, such as the widely popular salty caramel truffle.

At every corner there is some type of food or snack stand. Part of the fun of your day is finding which stand offers your favorite food item.

Not to get overlooked, the food pricing at Knoebel's is beyond fair, which is a unlike the some of the cookie cutter parks that can quickly empty a bank account for a small familty. For example, a small drink at Knoebel's is $3.50 compared to other parks where it is double the price or more.

Knoebel's amusement park should be on your summer list for more than one reason. If you happen to be a foodie, that is reason enough.
