Jenna Biggins has been promoted to the position of assistant athletic director for internal operations at Tusculum University announced Josh Ealy, Vice President of Athletics. Biggins is responsible for the day-to-day, internal operations of the athletic department, which includes management and supervision of all budget activity for the University’s 23 intercollegiate sports including team travel, supplies and recruiting expenditures. The Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth released its 2024 County Profiles in Child Well-Being report and the numbers present a sobering picture of child well-being in Cocke County.
