    MASON, Ohio − The Cincinnati Open , formerly called the Western & Southern Open , heads into the Round of 16 on Friday with some of the top-ranked ATP and WTA players set to take the court.

    Friday's revised order of play is finalized as play resumed at the Lindner Family Tennis Center at 12:30 p.m.

    Saturday's schedule at the Cincinnati Open

    The stage is set for the quarterfinals on Saturday. Here is the order of play , beginning with World No. 1 Iga Swiatek on Center Court against 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva .

    Frances Tiafoe advances in thrilling 3-set nightcap

    After falling in a 22-point second-set tiebreaker, Frances Tiafoe rallied to beat Jiri Lehecka in three sets to finish Friday's play. Tiafoe had a 5-2 third-set lead before a Lehecka comeback, but the American pulled through with 7-5 win in the tiebreak. Tiafoe is through to the quarterfinals of an ATP 1000 event for the first time since Indian Wells in 2023.

    Jack Draper's Cincinnati debut continues

    World No. 28 Jack Draper is enjoying his first trip to Mason. The 22-year-old advanced to the quarterfinals with a hard-fought 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 win over Felix Auger-Aliassime.

    Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova gets 1st Cincinnati quarterfinal berth since 2015

    World No. 28 Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova is into the Cincinnati Open quarterfinals for the fourth time and first since 2015 after a straight-set (7-5, 6-1) win on Center Court over No. 7 seed Qinwen Zheng.

    Holger Rune ends busy day for Gael Monfils

    World No. 16 Holger Rune became the first Danish man to advance to the Cincinnati Open quarterfinals after a three-set victory over Gael Monfils, who had knocked out Carlos Alcaraz just hours before.

    Jessica Pegula goes 2-for-2

    Jessica Pegula is through to the quarterfinals in Cincinnati after a straight-set take down of Taylor Townsend, who was the only qualifier left in either singles field.

    Paula Badosa stays perfect

    A run that started with a first-round win over Cincinnati native Peyton Stearns , Spain's Paula Badosa has not dropped a set after a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Yulia Putintseva in the Round of 16.

    Leylah Fernandez reaches third career WTA 1000 quarterfinals

    Coming off her upset over World No. 4 Elena Rybakina, 21-year-old Leylah Fernandez (World No. 26) advanced to her third career WTA 1000 quarterfinals with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Diana Shnaider.

    Hubert Hurkacz marches on

    World No. 7 Hubert Hurkacz has reached the quarterfinals in Cincinnati in back-to-back years after Friday's 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 victory over Italy's Flavio Cobolli.

    Mirra Andreeva eliminates another WTA seed

    After starting the Cincinnati Open with a first-round win over No. 11 seed Emma Navarro, World No. 24 Mirra Andreeva eliminated another seeded player in No. 5 Jasmine Paolini, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2. The Olympic silver medalist (doubles) will play top-seeded Iga Swiatek in the quarterfinals.

    Aryna Sabalenka sharp once again

    A three-time Cincinnati Open semifinalist, World No. 3 Aryna Sabalenka has not dropped a set in Mason so far this week after Friday's 7-5, 6-2 victory in the P&G Grandstand over Ukraine's Elina Svitolina.

    Ben Shelton notches historic win

    Moved to Center Court after Sinner's walkover win, 21-year-old Ben Shelton (World No. 14) became the youngest American to reach the Cincinnati quarterfinals since 2017 with a 6-4, 6-3 victory over Hungarian Fabian Marozsan.

    Jessica Pegula prevails in Cincinnati opener

    A quick turnaround after a Canada title didn't keep World No. 6 Jessica Pegula from shining on an overcast afternoon in Cincinnati. Originally scheduled to play on Center Court Thursday night, Pegula returned Friday on Court 7 and defeated Karolina Muchova 5-7, 6-4, 6-2 in a match that took 2 hours, 16 minutes.

    Pegula will play American qualifier and Wimbledon doubles champion Taylor Townsend in Stadium 3 Friday night.

    Felix Auger-Aliassime advances to Round of 16

    World No. 19 Felix Auger-Aliassime needed just 66 minutes to take out Casper Rudd Friday, 6-3, 6-1 for a spot in the Round of 16 later tonight.

    Gael Monfils upsets Carlos Alcaraz

    World No. 46 Gael Monfils secured his biggest victory of the year when the 37-year-old returned Friday and upset World No. 3 Carlos Alcaraz, 4-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4.

    Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova knocks out Caroline Wozniacki

    Qinwen Zheng cruises over qualifier

    In her first match since winning a gold medal in Paris, World No. 7 Qinwen Zheng advanced to the quarterfinals with a 6-1, 7-5 victory over qualifier Magdalena Frech.

    Defending champion Alexander Zverev moves on

    Alexander Zverev , the 2021 Cincinnati Open champion and World No. 4, became the 10th player in ATP history to reach 30 Masters 1000 quarterfinals after Friday's 7-5, 7-6 (6) victory over Pablo Carreno Busta.

    Liudmila Samsonova takes out Lucky Loser

    After dropping the first set, World No. 17 Liudmila Samsonova rallied for a 4-6, 6-0, 6-3 victory over Lucky Loser Elina Avanesyan. Samsonova has now reached the quarterfinals in back-to-back WTA 1000s.

    Jannik Sinner gets walkover victory

    Fans hoping to see both World No. 1s in action on Center Court Friday won't get their wish. ATP No. 1 Jannik Sinner automatically advanced to the Cincinnati Open quarterfinals Saturday after his opponent, Australia's Jordan Thompson, withdrew with a rib injury.

    Andrey Rublev continues ATP 1000 success

    World No. 6 Andrey Rublev is rising to the occasion this season. The 26-year-old is the first member on tour to play in multiple ATP Masters 1000 finals this season (Madrid, Montreal). He's now into the Cincinnati Open quarterfinals after a 7-6 (5), 6-1 win over American wild card Brandon Nakashima Friday.

    Iga Swiatek storms into quarterfinals

    In the four sets she's won this week in Mason, Iga Swiatek has given up just six total games. The World No. 1 opened play Friday on Center Court with a dominating 6-2, 6-2 victory over No. 15 seed Marta Kostyuk.

    How to watch the Cincinnati Open

    Gates at the Lindner Family Tennis Center open at 9:30 a.m. for Thursday's day session with the first matches scheduled for 11 a.m. Gates open at 5 p.m. for the night session and matches will begin at 7 p.m.

    Matches can be watched live on the Tennis Channel while select matches throughout the tournament will be available to watch live on Amazon Prime, Roku, Samsung+, YouTube TV and Hulu+Live.
