EnterTRAINment Junction shutting down in 2025

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A popular entertainment attraction in Butler County is set to close.

EnterTRAINment Junction, located at 7379 Squire Court in West Chester Township, will permanently close in January 2025. Centered around trains, the business has been a popular spot for people of all ages year-round.

“We are announcing our closing intentions now, so that the everyone has six more months to enjoy EnterTRAINment Junction’s many offerings before we close the doors,” said Don Oeters, owner of EnterTRAINment Junction.

Oeters said the decision to close comes after he attempted to find a new owner, but has not had luck.

“I’ve tried to find a person or a group to buy the business for over 2 years with no takers,” said Oeters. “To have to close it all down is a real heartache for me.”

The exact closing date has not yet been announced.
