Tyler Stephenson discusses daughter's birth, Cincinnati Reds' dugout celebration

Cincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson announced via Instagram that his daughter, Savannah Frankie Stephenson, was born June 28, calling it the "best feeling in the world" and telling wife Carlyn he's "so proud" of her.

Stephenson rejoined the team for its series opener against the Yankees in New York. He caught and batted fifth.

Stephenson was in South Carolina when Carlyn was induced. Stephenson talked before the game about how much it meant for his teammates to celebrate with him last week in St. Louis, when he found out he was about to become a father.

"The dugout celebration was something that - it meant a lot," Stephenson said. "And that's something that you look forward to when she gets old enough to show her, to be able to show her that. Everybody was great. And that whole experience made it even better."
