Another round of storms is expected to roll into the Greater Cincinnati region late Thursday evening, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

There's a 50% chance of precipitation Thursday night, according to the weather service's updated forecast early Thursday evening. After a hot and humid day, the temperature will drop to around 72 at night.

Several events in the area were canceled Wednesday and Thursday due to heavy rain.
