Cincinnati Distilling is teaming up with a historic Cincinnati institution on a limited-edition bourbon.

The Findlay Market Reserve bourbon celebrates the rich history of Cincinnati’s famous public market with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley and comes in at 93 proof.

“Cincinnati Distilling loves to work with local organizations and businesses to bring awareness and celebrate what they do for the community around them,” Cincinnati Distilling spokesperson Josh Engel said in a press release. “We couldn’t be more excited to work with the historic Findlay Market on their own special bourbon as they are such an integral part of the Cincinnati area.”

You can reserve a bottle of Findlay Market Reserve here for $44.99 plus a $2.50 reservation fee. The bourbon will be released on Saturday, July 20 at March First Brewing’s Fountain Square taproom (10 Fountain Square Plaza, Downtown). Findlay Market (1801 Race St., Over-the-Rhine) will also be hosting its free Night Market the same day from 5-9 p.m., and Cincinnati Distilling will be there to offer tastings of the bourbon at Jane’s, the market’s outdoor bar on Elm Street.

Some of the proceeds from every bottle sold will go toward Findlay Market’s mission of bringing farmers, producers, sellers and customers together in its diverse public marketplace.

“We are grateful for this collaboration with Cincinnati Distilling and appreciate their support to ensure Ohio’s oldest continuously operated public market will be here for generations to come,” Kelly Lanser, president and CEO of the Corporation for Findlay Market, said in the release.
