Not even a month after walking the walk during the Vogue World Paris fashion show , Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow may be sporting a brand new look: a buzzed haircut.

Burrow was tagged in an Instagram photo this past weekend, and it appears that his hair from the back of his head has been shaved down to a buzz. Burrow was tagged as the second person from the left below.

Though we can't see Burrow's face, the person to his right is tagged as former Ohio State starting quarterback J.T. Barrett. Burrow and Barrett were fellow Buckeyes for three years and remain friends to this day.

More fuel to the fire was added via NFL fashion artist/stylist Kyle Smith, whose pinned post on X/Twitter is a photo he took of Burrow at the Vogue World Paris fashion show. Smith posted a screenshot of a text message from "Joe," who texted him "I did it."

Burrow's hair has already been the subject of fake news this offseason as a photoshopped picture of his hair looking like Anakin Skywalker made the rounds on the internet back in May .

That picture had obviously signs of being fake, but being tagged in a friend's IG post with other people is something else entirely.

It would be an interesting way for Burrow to cap off the offseason. The 27-year old quarterback has looked good throwing for the first time since suffering a torn ligament in his wrist back in November. Is this just part of him locking in for the long season ahead?

The good news is we won't have to wait long to find out the real answer. Burrow and the Bengals report to training camp next week. If he truly cut his hair that much, we'll be able to tell when he shows up for practice.

He might have to prepare for more roasting if that's the case.
