Bengals Coach Zac Taylor Shares Big Announcement on Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow is now at 100% before the start of the 2024 NFL season.

On Monday, Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor told local media that Burrow has been cleared for full contact at training camp.

Burrow missed the final seven games of the Bengals' 2023 campaign after suffering a season-ending injury to his right throwing wrist. He underwent surgery to repair the issue and has been practicing at a limited capacity up until Monday's announcement.

Though Burrow has been cleared for full contact, Taylor said the team still plans to ease the superstar signal caller back into training camp. The Cincinnati coach also said he expects Burrow and all other starters to take the field for some action during the Bengals' preseason schedule.

The Bengals will kickoff their preseason schedule with a matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on August 10. Their regular-season schedule will begin with a Week 1 matchup against the New England Patriots on September 8.
