Joe Burrow Unveils His Mindset When Playing Patrick Mahomes

Cincinnati Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow has had many run-ins with Kansas City Chiefs ' Patrick Mahomes , who is as good as it gets in the league today.

However, Burrow is the only quarterback in the league today that has a winning head-to-head record against Mahomes, and he unveiled his mindset when playing the three-time Super Bowl champion.

"Gotta NOT be scared to make mistakes... gotta go out and make plays cause you know he's gonna go out and make plays and that brings out the BEST in me.” Burrow said on the UpAndAdamsShow

Burrow is the sole quarterback to go into Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City and defeat Mahomes and the Chiefs in the postseason. Which occurred in the AFC Championship in 2021. The Bengals beat them twice that season. Burrow is 3-1 in his career when starting vs. Kansas City.

The two will face off in Week 2 in Kansas City in a much anticipated matchup. The two teams have battled over the years and have become one of the more sought-out rivalries in the AFC.
