BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KSLA) - A man from Haughton is facing charges after police say he threw a number of kittens out of the window while he was driving on a highway. The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office says Phillip Shaun Bramlett, 41, is facing four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals after being arrested Aug. 12. Officials say on Aug. 7, Bramlett was seen tossing four kittens out of the window of his car while driving through the parish.
