Macon mayoral candidate Shekita Maxwell arrested for family violence, probation violation
MACON, Ga. (WGXA) — Macon Mayoral Candidate Shekita Maxwell was arrested Tuesday night for family violence and other charges. According to the arrest report, Maxwell was taken into custody Tuesday at 9:18 p.m. and is charged with one count each of simple assault and battery regarding family violence, one count of false imprisonment and one count of obstructing a person from making an emergency telephone call.
