Humane Shelter Given New Transport Van
The Toccoa Stephens County Humane Shelter has been awarded a 2024 Ford Transit Van through a grant from the Atlanta Humane Society. In a press release from the Toccoa/Stephens County Shelter, shelter Director Jeff Roberts stated that the van would be used to “help expand transferring dogs to other shelters and increase the number of off-site adoption events we participate in each year.”
