Dubuque Man Charged With Stealing Thousands From Elderly Mother-In-Laws Account
A Dubuque man was arrested and charged with stealing nearly $43-thousand dollars from his elderly mother-in-law living in a nursing home. According to Dubuque Police 54-year old Shawn Small was charged on Friday with financial exploitation of an older individual. The investigation started after the administrator of the care facility reported a large amount of money disappeared from the woman’s bank account.
