Budweiser icon comes to St. Joseph
(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) One member of the famous Budweiser Clydesdales, a group of horses for promotions and commercials by the Anheuser-Busch Brewing Company, visited St. Joseph on August 31, 2024. The group travels all year round for different special events. Budweiser Clydesdales first stopped at Hi-HO Bar & Grill. Alec Smith, Budweiser Clydesdale handler, said they were showing one horse to the public and letting the community say hello and have photo opportunities. "We brought Champion," Smith said. "He has an 18.2 hand high Budweiser Clydesdale. He stands amazingly and well represent of our company."

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City family is safe after a man exposed himself and attempted to break into their apartment as he threatened to kill them. Single-vehicle crash on I-64 in St. Charles claims life of Ballwin man
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A Ballwin man is dead following a single-vehicle crash Saturday on Interstate 64 in St. Charles County near the Daniel Boone Bridge. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 68-year-old Ali Nazemi-Tabrizi of Ballwin, Missouri, was driving down westbound I-64 around noon on Saturday when he ran off of the right side of the roadway. The Highway Patrol said he then returned to the roadway but overcorrected and traveled off of the roadway again, striking a utility box and then a tree.

Tipton and California high school football renew rivalry after over 20 years
After over two decades, California and Tipton high school met on the football field, once again. Separated by just 11 miles, the two schools haven't faced off in football since 1999. However, the pair agreed to renew the age-old rivalry to open the 2024 season.
