    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking deep pan around 13 x 9 with cooking spray oil.
    2. Blend together into a large mixing bowl the rice, both soups, chicken broth, and herbs then mix them together (add mushrooms if using).
    3. Dump this mixture into the prepared baking pan.
    4. Place the chicken on top.
    5. Sprinkle with one of the suggestive dressing or soup mixes.
    6. Add the toppings of stuffing or cracker crumbs.
    7. Cover with foil.
    8. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
    9. SLOW COOKER METHOD: When using a slow cooker mix all ingredients together, layer half of the mixture, chicken, and then pour the remaining mixture on top.
Add 1 to 1 1/2 cans of water and slow-cook the chicken and rice for 4 hours on high. Remember the internal temperature for chicken using an instant-read thermometer is 165 degrees.
