Chapmanville woman accused of running over man with truck says her brakes "didn't work well"
SMOKEHOUSE A Logan County woman is out of jail on bond after allegedly hitting a man with a pickup truck over the weekend. West Virginia State Police charged 42-year-old Billie Jean Conley, of Chapmanville, with malicious wounding and domestic battery. The incident allegedly occurred seven o’clock Saturday morning around on Jimmy Drive at Smokehouse.
