Former White Hall High School and Arkansas State University standout Tyler Zuber has been called up to the Tampa Bay Rays' major-league roster. Zuber, 29, is listed on the Rays' active roster after spending time with the Rays' AAA team, the Durham (N.C.) Bulls. Zuber went 3-0 with a 2.49 ERA and made 4 saves in 18 games in Durham. Driver fatally strikes bicyclist at Tampa intersection
A driver fatally struck a bicyclist at a Tampa intersection on Monday, deputies said. The crash happened about 7:26 a.m. at the intersection of Bearss Avenue and Bruce B. Northdale YMCA to add licensed preschool program
The Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA announced July 11 that its Bob Sierra Family YMCA, 4029 Northdale Blvd., Tampa, will offer its Licensed Preschool Program beginning in August.
