    Blotter for the week of April 11

    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • April 1 — Threatening suicide — 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject attempting to commit suicide.

    • April 1 — Lost property — 6700 block of Brook Stone Court, Clemmons. Owner lost property.

    • April 1 — Overdose — 1400 block of Ferguson Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on fentanyl.

    • April 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Sexual favors for exchange of cheaper rent.

    • April 2 — FCSO police service, fraud — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Elderly female was scammed out of $2,000.

    • April 2 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism, trespassing — 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male climbed fence onto property and attempted to break into abandoned building.

    • April 2 — Trespassing — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Former employee asked to leave by staff.

    • April 3 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Whitmore Cove Court, Clemmons. Subject called in looking for two family members for the fifth time.

    • April 4 — Police service-assist agency — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject d ischarged firearm into hand before cleaning.

    • April 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, transporting tax-paid liquor — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Two adults engaged in mutual combat.

    • April 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 400 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Suspect was rummaging through unlocked vehicles.

    • April 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1600 block of South Marblehead Road, Lewisville. Person reported possible possession of child pornography.

    • April 5 — FCSO police service, fraud — 5900 block of Clouds Harbor Trail, Clemmons. Verizon account opened in caller’s name.

    • April 5 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was t hreatening to kill victim.

    • April 6 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto-law-all other — 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Illegal narcotics/paraphernalia located during traffic stop.

    • April 6 — Drug violations — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana located during traffic stop.

    • April 6 — Drug violations, violation of auto law-all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

    • April 6 —Auto-breaking and larceny — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole items from vehicle.

    • April 7 — Driving while impaired, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

    • April 7 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect used stolen EBT card to purchase groceries.
