    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • July 14 — P olice service, assist agency — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Assisted WSPD to gather information during a shooting investigation.

    • July 14 — Trouble with neighbor — 600 block of Pilgrim Ford Court, Clemmons. Disturbance over property lines.

    • July 14 — FCSO police service,information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Retirement home request report.

    • July 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Manager believed a man took items from the store.

    • July 14 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Subject took items from the victim without paying.

    • July 15 — Communicating threats,intimidation, non-physical — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole grocery items and fled the store.

    • July 15 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 7790 block of Holly Field Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to scam money by claiming family member needed bailing out.

    • July 15 — Larceny, all other — 400 block of Tangelwood Park Road, Clemmons. Lighting/ambient.

    • July 15 — FCSO harassment (not-criminal) — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Ex-boyfriend was harassing ex-girlfriend by following her from her job.

    • July 15 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1000 block of Bebb Willow Lane, Lewisville. Homeowner and contractor get into a verbal argument.

    • July 16 — Resisting arrest — 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Suspects resisted arrest.

    • July 17 — Police service, assist agency — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Assisted highway patrol traffic accident.

    • July 17 — Suspicious vehicle — 2500 block of Knob Hill Drive/Springfield Village Lane, Clemmons. Vehicle with no tags at playground.

    • July 17 — Larceny, all other — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Subject reported missing phone.

    • July 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 4100 block of Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. Dog bit victim on left arm.

    • July 18 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Disturbance over parking issue.

    • July 18 — Trespassing — 7800 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Manager requested customer be trespassed.

    • July 18 — Dog bites and attacks — 7300 block of Ridgecrest Trail, Lewisville. Animal bite.

    • July 18 — Vandalism — 6800 block of Leons Way, Lewisville. S omeone put two dents in the victim’s car door.

    • July 20 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party got into physical altercation with other.

    • July 20 — Overdose — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Female overdosed in apartment.

    • July 20 — Misuse of 911 — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject dialed 911.

    • July 20 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 900 block of Thunderwood Court, Lewisville. Female entered home and took items that belonged to both of them.

    • July 21 — FCSO police service, fraud — 200 block of Stoney Brook Boulevard, Clemmons. Online scammers attempt to commit fraud.

    • July 21 — FCSO locate wanted person — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located wanted person.

    • July 21 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspects stole several items from Dollar General.
