Highly Regarded LB Visits Clemson, Picks Up Offer

Clemson has pulled the trigger on an offer to this highly regarded Peach State linebacker.

Grayson High (Loganville, Ga.) four-star Anthony Davis announced the offer via social media Tuesday.

Davis traveled to Tiger Town for a visit on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound rising junior is ranked as a top-100 national prospect (No. 92 overall) in the 2026 class by Rivals, which considers him the No. 7 outside linebacker in the country for his class.

Along with Clemson, Davis’ list of 30-plus offer features schools such as Auburn, Ohio State, Oregon, Southern Cal, Colorado, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Michigan, NC State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M.

As a sophomore last season, Davis recorded 67 total tackles (six for loss) and 3.5 sacks.
