Study: Florida Has One of the Highest ‘Quit Rates’ in the Nation
New research has revealed the states with the highest “quit rates”, and Florida finished among the top 10 highest rates. The study, which was conducted by Omega Law , analyzed the latest available data on quitting levels from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to see which states had the highest quit rates on average between October 2023 and January 2024. The final frontier state of Alaska was number 1, with an average rate of 3.5% from the months studied. Montana and Wyoming tied for second on the list, with a 4-month average quit rate of 3.18%. The were followed in third place by West Virginia, where the average quit rate is 2.98%.
