NFL Fans Can’t Get Enough of Jameis Winston, Mike Vrabel’s New Training Camp Tradition

Jameis Winston and Mike Vrabel are the duo that NFL fans never knew they needed.

Winston, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft, joined Cleveland earlier this offseason on a one-year deal after spending the last four years in New Orleans. Vrabel, meanwhile, was hired by the Browns in March to be a coaching and personnel consultant following his surprising departure from the Titans.

On Thursday, Cleveland's veterans joined rookies and quarterbacks for the team's first full training camp session from The Greenbrier in West Virginia. It didn't take the Browns' new backup quarterback and assistant coach very long to form a camp 'tradition' of their own.

"So @Jaboowins and @CoachVrabel50 race at practice every day and we thought you all needed to witness it," the Browns posted on X.

Pretty cool.

The Browns ended the 2023 regular season at 11-6, finishing second in the AFC North and earning a trip to the postseason for the first time since 2020.

Cleveland ultimately fell to Houston, 45-14, in the wild-card round of the AFC Playoffs.

Winston has become a popular personality in the NFL world over the past few seasons. Thursday's viral video, which already has north of 200k views on X, only seems to be adding to his legend.

The Browns will open the 2024 NFL season at home against the Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 8.
