    All lanes reopen on Route 3 in Clifton following deadly truck explosion

    Crews worked overnight trying to make the repairs needed to open Route 3 in Clifton after an explosive and deadly crash involving a tractor-trailer and NJ Transit bus .

    All lanes of Route 3 reopened to traffic just before noon on Tuesday -- more than 24 hours after the crash.

    The accident happened around 9 a.m. Monday morning near Route 46. At one point, all lanes on the roadway were shut down as fire crews worked to douse the flames.

    Heather O'Rourke has the latest on the traffic in Clifton, NJ.

    The Brenntag truck was loaded with flammable and corrosive, non-toxic materials.

    Shocking video showed the moments parts of the tractor-trailer went careening into the air as flames spilled onto the road and spread into neighboring back yards.

    Hours after the crash, police found the body of the truck driver. He is believed to be a 55-year-old man from New Jersey.

    No further injuries were reported.
