There’s no typical two-drink minimum at a new comedy club in Dayton because its owners wanted people to experience comedy in a much different way. The Jokes & Tokes Comedy Club opened April 20 inside of Delta Dispo at 460 S. Patterson Road in Dayton. Delta Dispo, a dispensary, opened on April 1.
