Man arrested after allegedly robbing a hot dog vendor in front of courthouse in stolen car
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police said that a man chose to take part in a robbery right in front of the Hamilton County Courthouse. The victim was a hot dog vendor. Investigators said that Kevon Whitfield was driving a stolen car that pulled up to the hot dog stand on Main Street in July.
