A Maryland man has been sentenced to 45 years behind bars after pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle near Ballston, causing severe injuries. Schenectady man accused of stealing items from store. A Schenectady man is accused of stealing merchandise from Amsterdam businesses, totaling at least thousands of dollars. Todd J. Podrazik, 47, was stopped I-890 in Rotterdam around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday for a traffic violation. Podrazik allegedly lied about his identity.
