America’s Largest Church Camp is in Oklahoma
Growing up in Northern Oklahoma, church camp was practically THE summer vacation for most kids. Five or six days you get to bunk with your buddies and have tons of fun. I went to Camp Lujo, it's South of Lawton down by Faxon. The boys' bunkhouse had surplus Army bunk beds, and no air conditioning or doors on bathroom stalls (I always thought that was weird), but it was always a good time regardless of Southwest Oklahoma's searing temperatures.

Oklahoma has announced what items will be cheaper at stores throughout the state at the end of next month. August 29th, 2024 Oklahoma Removing Grocery Tax on Certain Items. We're used to prices going up, but Oklahoma will be seeing prices going down thanks to House Bill 1955. This bill will eliminate the state sales tax on CERTAIN grocery items.
