Showmars Location to Close in Charlotte
According to WSOC, Showmars has confirmed that it will not renew its lease at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center on E. Fourth Street. While a specific closing date has not been announced, the City of Charlotte reports that the lease has expired and a request for proposals to find a new tenant is currently underway. Myers Park filled with cyclists for this weekend's '24 Hours of Booty'
Hundreds of cyclists will pedal through Myers Park this weekend as part of the 23rd annual "24 Hours of Booty" fundraising event.
