Raleigh Innovation District Completing 18-Story Office Tower
RALEIGH, N.C. – Before the end of 2024, an 18-story, 322,000-square-foot office tower in Raleigh’s North Hills Innovation District is expected to reach completion. The district is a hub of entrepreneurs, researchers, local businesses and meeting spaces, replete with Class A office space, retail, common areas, amenities and a luxury apartment community – St. Albans Lofts – that is also under construction with street-level retail offerings. Tower 5 joins an existing two million square feet of offices.

Work continues to solve the 1994 murder of Beth Ellen Vinson with podcast, new leads
Among 52 unsolved homicide cases in Raleigh dating back to the 1960s is the heinous 1994 murder of Beth Ellen Vinson, who was found with multiple stab wounds. Travis Bailey, a Raleigh native, is working with Matt Duff, a private investigator who started the "Who Killed Beth Ellen?" podcast. The two are working in tandem to help solve one of Raleigh's oldest cold cases.
