Raleigh woman charged with falsifying vet records to receive pet insurance
RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A Raleigh woman is facing a felony charge in connection with a fraud scheme involving pet insurance. Laura Jacquellen Toole, 25, is charged with one count of insurance fraud. A warrant for her arrest was issued on July 11 and she was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond, according to the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
