Richmond woman accused of keeping young daughter in dog cage for days at a time, strangling child
An eastern Kentucky woman has been arrested on multiple felony charges after allegedly leaving her young daughter in a dog cage and strangling the child. The Richmond Police Department on Sunday arrested 31-year-old Sheila Mann and charged her with first-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal abuse (victim under the age of 12), and third-degree terroristic threatening.
Berea man accused of deadly February motorcycle crash in Richmond arrested
RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) — The man sought by the Kentucky State Police in connection with the Feb. 19 fatal motorcycle crash in Madison County has been arrested.
