The Capital Region Chamber presented a ribbon cutting for Milas Restaurant 518. Kaytrin and Devin Ziemann have already been making their mark in downtown Schenectady, and this is their second restaurant in town (Ziemann Hospitality also owns the Nest at 512 State Street). Devin has been a restaurant chef for over 15 years, while Kaytrin studied dietetics and food service management at SUNY Oneonta which opened her eyes to the value in Hospitality. SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Spa City will soon be adding a new attraction: a professional basketball team called the Saratoga Racers.
