Kansas man arrested in connection to murder of 63-year-old man

COFFEYVILLE, Kan. — Ryan McCullough, 41, of Neodesha, Kansas, was arrested for second-degree murder following an altercation on May 5 with 63-year-old David Wintjen from Coffeyville who died a few days later.

After an investigation, Coffeyville Police issued a warrant for McCullough’s arrest.

Coffeyville Police Chief Kwin Bromley thanked the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Neodesha Police for their help in the arrest.
