Heavy rain damages roads and floods campgrounds in the Branson, Mo., area
BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) - Rushing rainwater that kept rising hit the Branson area and damaged several roads. Up to seven inches of rain fell in the area on Wednesday. Branson Fire Department Chief Ted Martin said the rain had little to no impact on Table Rock Lake. Officials with the U.S. Corps of Engineers do not expect any changes in the flow from the dam into Lake Taneycomo.

CID proposed for old Schnucks property along Mexico Loop Road
At its July 11 meeting, the O’Fallon City Council conducted a public hearing and gave first reading to a bill that would establish the 1421 Mexico Road Community Improvement District (CID) for the entire property, all of the businesses eventually housed within the location and the parking lot.
