BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) - A Minnesota man pleaded guilty Friday in the armed robbery and assault of an elderly man in Barron in December. Court documents show that on July 19, 33-year-old Ryan Charpentier of Little Canada, Minn., pleaded guilty to armed robbery as party to a crime with an increased penalty for an elder person victim.
