The pass rush that was such a killer last year should be just as nasty this season, too. Star all-around playmaker Billy Shaeffer might be gone, but there’s still plenty of talent all across the defense to get into the Buffalo backfield on a consistent basis.

The Bulls are solid on the offensive line.

There's not a lot of depth up front, and the running backs aren’t proven, but there’s enough dangerous talent for Lembo and his staff to get the attack up and going right away.

The Buffalo defense will have a strong back seven, the secondary will be a plus, and as long as the line can hold up and keep the Leopards from getting going on the ground, it should control the tempo.

Lafayette will keep the Buffalo offense from doing anything amazing, but it won’t be able to hold up in the second half.

The Bulls lost their last two games against the FCS - dropping the date to Fordham last season and Holy Cross in 2022 - and this should be just as entertaining as those two. UB will be on the right side this time.
