TEXARKANA, Ark. (KSLA) - Chief Justice John Dan Kemp, of the Arkansas Supreme Court, paid a visit to the Miller County Courthouse in Texarkana Friday (July 19). Victim identified in truck versus train crash
BROOKLAND, Ark. (KAIT) - Police identified the victim who was killed in a truck versus train crash in Brookland. Arkansas State Police said 34-year-old Larry Ishmael Cox, of Bay, was killed in a crash that occurred around 1:20 p.m., Friday, July 19, at the railroad crossing on County Road 928 near Highway 49.
