TULSA, Okla. — On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Sara E. hill sentenced Justin Mark Boyce, 43, for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country; Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Crime in Violence and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. Boyce was ordered to serve 180 months imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release.
