Chef Fernando delights foodies with “Tostada Tuesdays”

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Happy Cinco de Mayo! If you like Mexican food, you’ll love “Tostada Tuesdays” presented by Chef Fernando Trancosco at Inefable (upstairs at Avenue 19).

Tostada Tuesdays run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Tuesday, and walk-ins are welcome—no reservations required. For $20 you’ll get 2 tostadas and 1 margarita. And, as the weather gets warmer, Inefable ‘s patio overlooking downtown is a great place to enjoy a midweek meal with friends.

Chef Fernando, owner of TEPEX, started Inefable in the winter of 2023 and has received rave reviews from foodies and critics alike. Inefable serves “Mexican cuisine with a modern touch” with influences from South America and Spain. Chef Fernando’s creations combine the comfort of traditional Mexican food with fresh, unique ingredients and mouthwatering flavors.

To get to Inefable , just go through Avenue 19, and head upstairs. They are located at 19 N. Tejon Street in downtown Colorado Springs.
