The home sits on 4.88 acres and features a wrap-around deck that offers unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, Red Rocks Park, and Cheyenne Mountain.
According to the home’s listing with Sotheby’s, much of the property is in its original condition, with mid-century style and textiles intact throughout the home. The only addition made to the home was a single bedroom.

The home is listed at $2.2 million, and Sotheby’s said this is only the second time in its existence that 10 Las Piedras Escondida has been on the market since it was built in the 1960s.
