Day turned himself into police.

Day is suspected in a downtown Columbus shooting that left one dead and two injured.

Update: Police have issued warrants for a suspect in the shooting, 21-year-old Brandon Day. Police have released the below pictures of Day. Police say the picture on the top is his current hairstyle, while the picture below is an old driver’s license photo.

Police also say more arrests are expected.

Original story: Columbus police have confirmed one person has been killed, and two others injured following a shooting early Sunday morning in the 1000 block of Broadway in Columbus.

Police say around 12:16 a.m., officers were called to the scene, which was at a Columbus State University parking deck and breezeway just off Broadway. That’s where they found a male, later identified as Quentin Scott, Jr., lying in the parking garage with gunshot wounds.

Scott Jr. died from his injuries at the scene. Two other victims were also shot during the incident.

Right now, police are looking for information on potential suspects.

The scene was clear by the time the sun rose on Sunday morning.

Columbus Police say their Violent Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation.
