Ridge Fire 15% contained after burning 2,500 acres. Evacuations in place for Colusa, Lake counties
LAKE COUNTY, Calif. — The Ridge Fire in Colusa and Lake counties burned about 2,500 acres and is 15% contained as of Sunday morning, firefighters said. It began just before 4:30 p.m. Saturday along Walker Ridge Road and Highway 20 at the Lake and Colusa county border, according to Cal Fire. Its cause is still under investigation.
