HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - On Saturday, July 20, 79-year-old Alvin Caudill Sr. died. Caudill served the community of Perry County for 25 years, being the Deputy Chief of the Hazard Fire Department. After retiring from the fire department, Caudill still felt the need to serve the community that he loved.
