Bel-Air Season 3 will be drawing the curtains very soon. Fans of the show have now raised the question of whether Alfonso Ribeiro will return in its next season. Ribeiro famously played the role of Carlton Banks in the original sister series, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. With many original stars making appearances in the reimagined version, many are hoping for Ribeiro to join in.

Without further adieu, here is everything we know about Bel-Air Season 4 and whether Alfonso Ribeiro will join the cast.

Will Alfonso Ribeiro appear in Peacock’s Bel-Air Season 4?

Sadly, the showrunners of Bel-Air have not yet officially renewed the show for Season 4. Hence, we do not know if Alfonso Ribeiro will return as Carlton Banks in the next season. Additionally, Ribeiro has not commented on the matter. Given the series’ popularity, there is still a possibility of the creators greenlighting a fourth season. However, whether Ribeiro will appear in it remains to be seen.

The reason why fans became excited about Ribeiro’s return in the first place is all thanks to the leading star Jabari Banks. Banks, who plays the role of a young Will Smith in the Peacock series, has recently spoken about his wish to see Ribeiro step back into the shoes of Carlton. In their recent interview with the star, Collider asked Banks who he would like to see make a cameo next. To this, Banks replied, “We’re going down the list. I think we’ve gotta hit Alfonso [Ribeiro] next. Come on, Season 4, let’s do it.”

Bel-Air is a 2022 drama series that serves as a reimagining of the popular 90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. This sister series features a young Will Smith, played by Jabari Banks, and other younger versions of the original characters. It follows Smith’s journey from the rough streets of West Philadelphia to the posh residential area of Bel-Air, Los Angeles.
