Class of 1961 girls go crazy
On Monday, July 15, some of the "girls" from the Port Chester High School Class of 1961 had a lovely lunch at Sergios's Saw Pit in Port Chester. SUNY RCC president got payout to leave college: See details of separation deal
SUFFERN ‒ Former SUNY Rockland Community College President Lester Edgardo Sandres Rápalo got $175,000, plus a payout for 24 unused vacation and 4.5 sick days, in a deal to leave his leadership post, according to a settlement obtained by lohud via a Freedom of Information request. The lump-sum compensation was roughly 70% of his $250,000 base salary.

West Point softball wins U12 state championship

Even though West Point has won consecutive Pennsylvania State Little Major Division state titles there, Wellsboro is a hike. It’s in the north-central part of the state near the New York state line.
