Suspect charged after man shot, killed at Maryland Heights gas station
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man was shot and killed Sunday at a Maryland Heights gas station. A suspect was charged Monday in the killing. The shooting happened just before 6:30 p.m. at the Circle K gas station at 1999 McKelvey Road. At the scene, police said they found 37-year-old Jerome Gooden of St. Louis with gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital and was pronounced dead shortly after.
